If you’d like to arrive earlier, feel free to contact Reception—early check-in may be available upon request. On the day of your arrival, we’ll send you a text to check your estimated arrival time. If you’re arriving after 6:00 PM, we’ll be happy to arrange a late check-in for you.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you’d like to enjoy a sleep-in or spend a little more time at the park before heading off, a late check-out may be available—just have a chat with Reception, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and accommodating as possible. Please take note of the following cancellation terms- Standard Bookings: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation handling fee. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival. Peak Periods (including school holidays, public holidays, long weekends, and local special events): Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation handling fee. Due to high demand during these times, we are unable to offer refunds for shorter notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation; however, we do offer a range of pet-friendly options, including 6 and 4-berth cabins, and all our campsites are dog-friendly!
Please see the following payment details for online and phone bookings- Online Bookings: All online bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Phone Bookings: A minimum deposit equal to the first night’s rate is required to secure all accommodation bookings. PEAK PERIOD BOOKINGS: Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. NON-PEAK BOOKING: Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Child rates apply to guests aged 2 to 17 years. Infants under 2 years stay free of charge. Standard fees apply for additional guests aged 2 and above. If you have friends or family visiting during your stay, they are more than welcome to enjoy our facilities! A small fee of $10 per adult and $5 per child applies for access to amenities like the pool and jumping pillow. All visitors will need to check in at reception before entering the park.
