BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We’re so excited to have you stay with us! To keep things smooth, safe, and super fun, here are a few things you need to know before you arrive:
🩺 Health & Safety First!
- The primary guest will need to sign a mandatory registration before or at check-in.
- Parents are required to sign the Pedal Cart Agreement, and those with furry companions the Pet Owner Agreement.
- Maintain a cruisey 5kms p/h when driving within the park (that's walking pace!).
- For everyone’s safety and fun, children must be supervised at all times while in the park.
💳 Payments & Deposits
- A deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to lock in your stay.
- The full balance is due 7 days before arrival.
- Staying during a peak period (like school holidays, public holidays, long weekends, or local events)?
- Your full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
❌ Cancellations & Changes
- Cancelling within 7 days of arrival? Sorry, no refund 😢
- Cancelling outside of 7 days?
- You’ll get a refund minus a $50 fee for cabins or $20 for sites.
- For peak periods, cancel at least 30 days before arrival to receive a refund (minus the same small fee).
- No-shows or late arrivals (after 10 a.m. the day after your check-in) may forfeit your booking without a refund.
- Want to make changes? Just give us a call. Changes depend on availability, and some special offers can’t be changed or cancelled.
🕓 Checking In & Out
- Reception hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Open ‘til 7:00 p.m. Fridays!)
Check in times:
- Sites: from 12 p.m.
- Cabins: from 2 p.m.
- Arriving late? Call us ahead during reception hours to arrange a late check in.
- No check ins after 10 p.m. (we like to keep things peaceful for all guests 😊).
Check out times:
- Cabins: by 10 a.m.
- Sites: by 11 a.m.
Need a late check-out?
Cabins:
- 12 p.m. check out – $20
- 4 p.m. check out – $40
Sites:
- Check out up to 6 p.m. – $15
