We have loads of activities to keep kids entertained! Highlights include a giant jumping pillow, flying fox, basketball hoop, bike and scooter pump track, pedal carts, table tennis, and a pool table.

On rainy days, kids can enjoy our X-Golf simulator or relax in the recreation room, which is equipped with a large TV and DVD player.

In the evenings, families can gather around our fire pit to roast marshmallows. We also have a kiosk offering snacks, cold drinks, and ice creams.

Is the Park Pet-Friendly?

  • Yes! We love having dogs stay with us (and sometimes even birds and cats!).
  • We have 5 dog-friendly cabins, including one with an accessible layout.
  • On-site facilities include a dog wash and an off-lead area.
  • For safety, please keep dogs on a lead around the park and never leave them unattended.
  • We also provide a list of local activities where you can bring your pooch along.
  • Our reception staff are dog lovers and will likely want to meet your furry friend!

Yes, we have a pool that is open year-round and solar heated. We also have a hot spa, perfect for relaxing on cooler days and evenings.

Absolutely! We offer wide drive-through sites up to 16 metres long, as well as back-in sites up to 13 metres.

If you require a larger turning circle or have specific access needs, please book directly with our team so we can allocate the most suitable site for you.

Booking Specific Cabins or Sites

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate requests for specific cabins or sites. Please let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll match you with the best available option.
  • During peak periods, a $15 site lock fee may apply if you want a specific site or cabin. This fee covers the fact that locking a particular site can limit flexibility for other bookings.
  • Large group bookings can be kept together at no extra charge, but a fee may apply if you request specific sites for the group.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Cabins: Check-in from 2:00 pm | Check-out by 10:00 am
  • Sites: Check-in from 12:00 pm | Check-out by 11:00 am

Late or Early Arrivals

  • We’ll contact you via text on the day of arrival to confirm your estimated time of arrival and arrange a late check-in if needed.
  • BIG4 Members enjoy free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability.
  • Non-members can request extended check-in or check-out times for a small additional fee.

Can I Park More Than One Car or Bring a Trailer?

  • Cabins include space for one vehicle only.
  • If you’re bringing additional cars, trailers, or boats, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs where possible.
  • We have plenty of extra free parking at the front of reception and at the front of the park.
  • During quieter periods, we can often provide space for a trailer if you’re staying in a cabin.

Yes, all cabins include bedding and towels. We recommend bringing an extra towel for use at the pool or spa.

Kitchen facilities vary between cabins. Most have fully equipped kitchens, although a few do not include ovens. If an oven is important to you, please check with our team when booking so we can ensure you are allocated a suitable cabin. Otherwise, we also have an oven available in the camp kitchen for all guests to use.

All cabins include essential kitchen items such as cutlery, plates, pots and pans.

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi across the park. Please note speeds may vary depending on usage and location.

Yes! We can accommodate a variety of groups, including family reunions, Probus clubs, caravan clubs, sporting groups, and more.

Our recreation room can fit up to 50 people and includes a large TV, fridge, microwave, kettle — perfect for activities, or social gatherings. For a more outdoorsy experience, guests can also enjoy our camp kitchen and communal fire pit.

To make booking easier, we recommend calling our office on 03 5435 2329. We can help set aside the cabins and/or sites you need, ideally close together, and your guests can then contact us directly to pay deposits and provide their details.

The nearby Marong Family Hotel offers a great setting for large group lumches and dinners. Also, Bakehouse Blitz in Maiden Gully is a great option for catering if required.
